Rebecca Sears loves to partner with designers to solve consumer needs. Rebecca believes that marketers should spend less time selling their ideas within their organization and more time listening externally. Rebecca launched the first LGBT advertising campaign at Johnson & Johnson, won a personal leadership award at Colgate-Palmolive for driving innovation, and judged final rounds of the US Effie Awards. She is currently the CMO of Plantation Products, a home gardening consumer products company. Rebecca holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
