"I thought about going back to school and getting my Masters degree (I still might,) but I feel like the HOW Design Conference is my school. Not only do I get to meet a lot of amazing people in the industry, but I also keep up to date on the latest trends. The HOW Design Conference makes me love my profession even more and gives me a yearly boost of creativity and knowledge.
 
My process and final designs are definitely a lot stronger since attending HOW. Also, the network of people on Twitter: I love that I can post a design thought or question and the people who attend HOW are right there to help! It's like having an office full of crazy talented designers working right there with you. HOW has helped me grow a great network of people through social media and I couldn't be more grateful.
 
Ever since I attended HOW, I feel more like a designer. I'm more passionate about my work, I'm more creative, and I'm definitely more confident in what I do. As a younger designer I never thought anyone would take me seriously, but seeing how many young designers are at HOW every year makes me feel like i can do great work.
 
A conference can give not only a ton of knowledge and insight in design but also provide the "home" feeling and instill confidence in a young designer is priceless."
